My work focuses on “breaking barriers,” often using high-adventure activities to prove to the mind that limits are illusions. I help people achieve peak performance by aligning their conscious goals with their subconscious drives.

The Story

Harrish Sairaman began his journey seeking answers to his own life questions, leading him to master various healing and behavioral sciences. He co-founded The Next Dimension to bring these esoteric tools into the corporate boardroom. He is one of the few trainers in India certified to conduct firewalks and glasswalks safely. His high-octane sessions are legendary for their energy and the immediate behavioral changes they provoke. He is a “corporate shaman,” healing organizational energy one workshop at a time.
