The Story
Namrata Purohit began her journey into fitness at a remarkably young age, training in Pilates and movement science under global mentors while still in her teens. She quickly distinguished herself through her deep understanding of biomechanics, posture correction, and core conditioning. As her expertise grew, she became one of the most sought-after Pilates trainers in India, working with leading Bollywood actors, dancers, and athletes. She co-founded The Pilates Studio Mumbai, which has become a premier destination for Pilates and functional fitness in the country. Namrata has been featured across major media platforms and fitness publications for her modern, results-driven approach. Her influence has helped shift fitness culture away from extreme workouts toward intelligent movement and injury prevention. Today, her legacy continues to shape how Pilates and mindful fitness are practiced and perceived in India.
